Hello beautifuls and I hope you’re having an amazing Woman’s Day!: — )Let’s celebrate the power of womanhood and all the ladies around the world!
The history of Women’s Day dates back to New York in 1857, when women from New York City factories staged a protest over working conditions.35 Years later in Copenhagen, Denmark, it was decided that the anniversary day of the women’s “New York Strike” would be celebrated as International Women’s Day. On the 8th of March 1975, the UN officially declared the 8th of March as a day of women’s rights and world peace.
Still, even this day and age, women face discrimination and prejudice –though many women in progressive societies enjoy some liberty, several thousands of them are suppressed and tortured under the garb of morality. And even in progressive societies, gender discrimination exists at all levels -at the workplace, where gender inequalities are brushed under the carpet and workplace surveys report that women receive lower wages than their male counterparts. But why is this so?
I believe we can change the world and because of that I’m dreaming of living in a better world -including a sexual equality all over the world. I hope you’ll help women fight and reach out to the millions of muffled female voices by championing their cause. You may start that by respecting your women colleagues, friends, and family.
And because March is Women’s History Month, I’ll honor it in my way: embracing the woman body all year round because I know how sensitive issue it sadly is for the most women and how lot it may affect in life.
So coming up: the body issues -which will surelytell to the society where to put those sickly beauty standards…

Ps. Sorry guys for the brake -I’ve just been too busy with life itself to blog (as regular). There’s coming up a lot of posts but unfortunately I just haven’t had enough time to finish them yet. And it really sucks because I would L-O-V-E to post something everyday for you guys but I’m living in the fast line so hopefully I’ll be able to do that in the future : — ) In the meantime, I hope you understand that and stick around! : — )
