My stress-free zone aka vacation starts today;
here and now.
And here are my vacation plans:
being incredible present in this moment
and the next one and the next one, etc…
Feeling so relaxed that even this, my work place,
feels like relaxing even thought there’s
a lot on my to-do list everyday.
The thing is,
I don’t even know how to stress anymore.
That’s what a burn-out teached me.
That and the art of being gentle to myself,
realizing that I’m no superwoman.
Being with loved ones.
Being with myself.
In this moment.
